3. No admission or visa guarantee

EDUJET cannot guarantee admission, scholarship, visa or residence approval, employment, post-study work rights or any other outcome. Decisions are made independently by institutions, authorities and other relevant organisations.

4. Student responsibility

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. You should carefully review application forms, offer letters, fee instructions, refund rules and official communications before accepting or signing them.

5. Institution and programme references

Institution names, logos where used, programme descriptions and external links are provided for identification and informational purposes. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the website should not be read as claiming ownership, accreditation authority, exclusive partnership or a guaranteed campus/delivery arrangement.

6. APEX delivery-location clarification

EDUJET does not represent APEX École de Management as a verified Dubai campus solely because it appears in EDUJET's Dubai-focused guidance route. The exact programme delivery location, study mode, awarding arrangement and intake must be confirmed before a student proceeds.

7. Fees and payments

Do not treat general website content as a final fee invoice. Before payment, verify the amount, currency, recipient, refund terms and payment instructions against current official documentation. EDUJET is not responsible for payments made to an incorrect or unverified recipient.

8. External websites and messaging platforms

The website may contain links to institutions, maps, WhatsApp and other third-party services. EDUJET does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices.

9. Website availability and acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
