3. How the counselling form works

The current website counselling form validates the details entered in your browser and prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review. The website itself does not silently save that form submission into an EDUJET website database. When you continue to WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

4. How we may use information

Information you choose to share may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand your study preferences, discuss institution or programme options, help with application preparation and provide follow-up related to the service you requested.

5. Sharing with institutions or service providers

EDUJET should only share application-related information with an institution, authorised service provider or relevant process participant when it is reasonably necessary for the service you requested or when you have asked us to proceed. Third-party organisations process information under their own policies and legal obligations.
